Online Producer | Christchurch

NV Interactive is a well established, successful interactive agency with offices in Christchurch & Wellington. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Online Producer to help manage our busy Christchurch studio.

We work with a broad range of clients delivering online & interactive experiences, including for many of New Zealand's biggest brands. If you are professional, positive & motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment then this role is for you.

Based in our central city office located just blocks from the square, you will be focused on delivering a first class service to a wide range of clients, helping deliver innovative solutions and a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new projects & change requests for new & existing clients;
  • Develop excellent working relationships with new & prospective clients;
  • Assist in managing design & development resource in the Christchurch studio;
  • Liaise with the Christchurch & Wellington Project & Account Management teams;
  • Support Account Executives, Directors & Project Managers in researching & writing proposals;
  • Understand & follow project plans, ensuring that specified deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes & allocated budgets.

Specific Skills

  • Experience working in a digital development environment, preferably utilising Microsoft technologies;
  • Knowledge of information architecture, wire-framing, prototyping & quality control;
  • Working understanding & knowledge of CSS & XHTML;
  • Solid understanding of best practices in areas of user centered design, standards based web development, online advertising formats & search engine optimisation;
  • Experience with online Content Management Systems;
  • Competent in the use of current Microsoft Office products.

Other Requirements

  • At least two year’s experience & success in a similar role;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Customer service bias with excellent stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Solid understanding of the internal workings of an interactive agency or similar business;
  • Ability to organise multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent administration skills with a focus on detail.
