NV Interactive is a well established, successful interactive agency with offices in Christchurch & Wellington.  We are looking for a talented, design-oriented ASP.NET developer to join our team, based in Wellington.

We work with a broad range of clients delivering online & interactive experiences, including for many of New Zealand's biggest brands. If you are professional, positive & motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment then this role is for you.

Based in a spacious office located in the heart of the Courtney Place precinct, you will be focused on delivering a first class service to a wide range of clients, helping deliver innovative solutions & a seamless experience for both internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Wellington based design team & Christchurch based development team;
• Develop database driven web solutions using Microsoft ASP.NET & SQL Server;
• Develop software to the company’s standards and conventions;
• Test software & write documentation as required;
• Work within a tight team & relate well with others.

Technical Skills

• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, .NET Framework,
• Database design concepts and good knowledge of SQL;
• Strong understanding of XHTML, CSS & JavaScript would be extremely advantagous;
• Object Orientated design;
• Advanced programming skills;

Other Requirements

• At least three years commercial experience;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Excellent time management;
• Equally comfortable working autonomously or in a team;
• Fluent English speaker.
